Marilyn Manson Courts Controversy with Album Cover

Oh the shock … I think I can speak for most of us
when I emit a big … yawn. But anyway, Marilyn Manson is sure to get
the Religious Rights’ panties in a proper twist when they get a gander of
the cover of the new album entitled, Holy Wood (In the Shadow of the Valley of Death).
The image (shown) depicts a crucified Manson, wearing
a crown of thorns and bloodied from holes in his wrists and
side. A coroner’s report is slightly visible as well. Stay tuned for the fireworks…

Holy Wood (In the Shadow of the Valley of Death) is due Nov.
14 on nothing/Interscope Records. A tour will follow (as well as all the standard controversy, etc) starting Oct. 27 in Minneapolis.
