"You are a creep Thom Yorke," screamed one fan outside of the Roseland Ballroom Tuesday morning. Tickets for the mega mega Radiohead show dwindled down to nil in mere minutes. Hundreds of fans left more sad and confused than upon their arrival, and without tickets. The tickets for the show Wednesday October 11 went on sale at the Roseland and Ticketmaster at 9am (ET) Tuesday morning. The tickets were sold through a lottery system, making it meaningless and quite hard to fathom for the fans that camped out for tickets. Randomly people's numbers were called and people (regardless of their place in line) secured their chance to see rock and roll's "it kids". Not to worry as Radiohead will be plugging in this Saturday night (Kate Hudson hosts) on Saturday Night Live.
Radiohead have confirmed shows at the Sears Theatre in Toronto, Canada on October 17, and a show at the Los Angeles Greek Theatre on October 20. The show in LA can be seen during a live web cast that night at www.hollywoodandvine.com.
