Mick Jagger can't get no satisfaction on new U2 album

After all of these years even the legends sometimes get snubbed in rock and roll. Mick Jagger, a man known by all for cheating on his wife, impregnating a Brazilian model 20 years his junior, and causing a major hub bub in the glamour world of couples (oh and he sings for the Rolling Stones) recorded back up vocals on a track for the upcoming U2 album along with his daughter Elizabeth. According to Reuters web site www.reuters.com, the track Stuck In A Moment (You Can't Get Out Of) was dropped from the new U2 album All That You Can't Leave Behind.

U2 guitarist The Edge talked about the track and told Reuters,
"They came in, we
played them some stuff. It was nice to
hear it through their ears. So we just
wanted to say thanks to them for their
generosity really, just coming in and
giving us their opinion about how they
thought it was going." According the official U2 site, The Edge describes the track in question as "very
strong because it is so unusual. It's like an incredible pop song but done our way, so it sounds like a
U2 song but it's incredibly melodic and also has this gospel aspect."

Regardless of the dropped track we all know that Mick will be just fine. Check out the new U2 piece when it drops Halloween night on Island / Def Jam.
