"One Armed Scissor" Evidently Doesn't Lead To Two Armed Driving

At The Drive-In , perhaps blinded by the proliferation of afros in the van, were
involved in an accident last night, November 12, as they drove from their show in Denver to
a planned show in Salt Lake City. Their van was flipped onto its roof (one wonders if the
van gained extra protection from an afro, as well?) after it skidded on the ice. As a result of
the crash, drummer Tony Hajjar and vocalist/head afro Cedric Bixler both got to test
their Relationship of Command at the hospital. Luckily, they only had minor back
and foot injuries, respectively, and were subsequently released from the doctor's
care.

However, according to NME.com, this week's shows in Salt Lake, Seattle, and Vancouver
have been canceled, per doctor's orders. The status of this weekend's two night stand at
San Francisco's Great American Music Hall is unknown.
