Coldplay, Grandaddy Unite For US Tour

Coldplay love the states so much that the British darlings will make the trek back to US soil to make up cancelled dates from February, when lead singer Chris Martin (amongst others) came down with a severe flu. Coldplay have tapped San Franciscoís futuristic pop rock squad Grandaddy for the semi tour beginning May 24 in Boston. 16 dates have been confirmed with more planned shows on the horizon. Coldplay will grace the Roseland Ballroom stage April 9, making up their February 16 show that was aborted two songs into the set. Grandaddy recently stopped touring after an extensive set of European shows due to singer Jason Lytleís sore knee.
