The line up for the Chicago version of the 2001 Noise Pop Festival has been announced, and the reunited 70ís band Television will headline the 5 day festival. Television have lined up a slew of shows, and will play their first gig since 1983, April 8 at the All Tomorrow's Parties festival in Camber Sands, England. The influential band was a staple of the CBGB punk scene in New York City during the late 70ís and broke up in 1978 after releasing two records. The five-day festival will go down May 9 to 13 in the city that Capone made with the following acts plugging in:

Tengo and Creeper Lagoon, Anti-Pop Consortium,

Goldfrapp, Jah Wobble & Deep Space, Konishi Yasuharu of
