Frank Black Gets Hit By Debaser

Good Friday was not so much good, per se, for Frank Black and his Catholics. According to their label's website, www.whatarerecords.com, their van full of equipment (totaling some $70,000) was stolen from the Econolodge in Lester, Pennsylvania (quess those Pixie royalties are slowing down?) where they were spending the night in between tour stops. The theft forced them to
cancel shows in Washington, D.C. and Pittsburgh. The band and the label are asking
anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of the pilfered pieces to
e-mail info@war.com, or to call the label toll free at (888) 281-1289.
