An internet petition supporting South African AIDS research activists, sponsored by Doctors Without Borders, is getting some serious big-name support from socially conscious musicians. REM and the remainder of Rage Against the Machine are leading a group of artists (including Sarah McLachlan and Carlos Santana) in signing and supporting the cause.
