Former Nirvana members Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic are once again embroiled in a battle with Kurt Cobain's widow (among many other things), Courtney Love. This fight revolves around what is said to be Cobain's final recording before he committed suicide in 1994. Love was granted an injunction a few weeks ago stopping the song (which has a number of unofficial titles, among them "You've Got No Right," "You Know You're Right," and "On the Mountain") from being included on an upcoming Nirvana box set due out in October, which is being put together by Grohl and Novoselic. According to sources at the Seattle Times, Love feels like she's been left out of important decisions over the box set (you know, since she wasn't actually in the band) and is a bit sore about it all. It's still unclear whether the track will end up being included or not.
