Astralwerks Joins Electronic Forces With Naked Music

This is a big one, true believers! Astralwerks is
extremely proud to announce a worldwide joint venture
with bi-coastal (SF/NYC) independent label Naked
Music. This marks the first time in its eight-year
history that Astralwerks has teamed up with a domestic
label for marketing and distribution.
Naked Music was first realized in 1999 by the triple
threat of Jay Denes, Dave Boonshoft, and Bruno Ybarra
and has steadily taken the dance music community by
storm. From their design aesthetic to their smooth
signature deep house and downtempo grooves, Naked has
carved out a unique niche in the electronic music
world that has won a place in the hearts of DJ's and
clubbers alike.

Astralwerks in partnership with Naked Music will first
reissue five compilations on October 2 including Bare
Essentials, Volume 1
, the label's quasi "Best Of", as
well as a new compilation, Nude Dimensions, Volume 3.
We will then release the label's first full-length
artist album will be Blue Six (the brainchild of
producer Jay Denes), to be released on January 22,
2002. Future artist full-lengths by Petalpusher
(Miguel Migs), Lisa Shaw and others will follow later
in the New Year.
We hope that you are as excited as we are about this
amazing new partnership!
