Lenny Revealed For Brits

Londonís Kabaret Club was the place to be last night as Lenny Kravitz unveiled his first studio effort since 1998ís multi-platinum selling, 5. The creatively titled, Lenny, is scheduled for release through Virgin Records on October 29, and carries with it some high sales hopes as Virginís parent company EMI saw their share value plummet 35% this week. The 12-track album was written and produced by Kravitz in his own luxury studio, Roxie, in Miami and features the star's typical guitar up-front sound but also incorporates the electronic beats and modern production common in todayís neo-soul. The first single from the album is titled "Dig In" and will be released on November 19. The star will take the road for a worldwide tour in mid-2002.
