Your Majesty

The Anniversary will tour their tails off in the new year in support of Your Majesty, the bandís second release on Vagrant. The Kansas-based five piece will hit the road alongside Dashboard Confessional beginning March 1 and will come home when they are eligible to receive Social Security. Your Majesty resonates with jangly guitars, synth keyboards and soaring, three-part, male-female harmonies courtesy of Josh Berwanger, Justin Roelofs, and Adrienne Verhoeven. The album, which was produced by Rob Schnapf (Beck, R.L. Burnside), is pop rock at its finest, with tracks like "Crooked Crown," "Sweet Marie," and "Never Die" conjuring up images of the Beach Boys and The Cars with a taste of The Ramones thrown in for good measure. The Anniversary, who are on a hiatus from the exciting world of dorm food and mid term exams, are giving up their higher education to drop some rock science on your ass, so check it out.
