Cobain Worshipers Rejoice, Rare Track Surfaces

With the Nirvana box set on an indefinite hiatus, a reissue of a 1995 EP from experimental rock band Earth may be the only way Cobain lovers can get their hands on previously unreleased material from the rock legend. Entitled Sunn Amps and Smashed Guitars, the EP has been re-released with four bonus tracks, one of them titled "Divine and Bright," which Cobain contributed lead vocals to in 1990. According to Rolling Stone, the EP was released in January via Philadelphia indie label No Quarter Records and does not come with a sticker announcing Cobainís participation. There have been no law suites filed by Courtney Love as of yet, probably because there are no grounds for one, but that hasnít seemed to stop her in the past.
