They Might Be Giants But They Tour In A Regular Sized Bus

Quirky modern rock act They Might Be Giants are taking to the road in mid-March, in support of 2001ís Mink Car (Restless). According to Billboard, the tour will focus on theatres and clubs in the Midwest and Southeast US, with more dates possibly being added at a later date. The Brooklyn-based troop has also recently been nominated for a Grammy in the best song written for a motion picture, television, or other visual media category. The nominated song can be heard every Sunday night as the theme song to Malcolm In The Middle, the hilarious Fox sitcom starring Frankie Muniz. TMBG are also working on a childrenís album, entitled No!, that will be released in April via the bandís own TMBG label and distributed through Rounder.
