The D Are Sick Of Support Slots, Will Headline Their Own Tour

The greatest rock band in the world, Tenacious D, are gearing up for their largest headlining tour to date. Thatís right, the band that brought you such classics as "Fuck Her Gently" and "Wonderboy," and who have been touring relentlessly for the past few months, will be playing support slots no longer. Beginning March 25 in Pompano Beach, Florida, The D will embark on an 18 date US tour that has already sold out two shows in Chicago and Atlanta. KG and JB are also taking to time to work on new material, including two recently penned songs for MTVís new series The Osbournes. The D will also host MTVís The 25 Loudest Videos with Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Carolla, which airs on April 27th.
