Elbow Host Karaoke Night In Atlanta

Lucky Elbow fans who attended the bandís show Wednesday (March 23) at the Atlanta Cotton Club were treated to a once in a lifetime experience due to an ailing Guy Garvey. The singer was suffering from a heavy cold and was unable to perform his vocal duties, however, word got around the city that the group was looking for a replacement for the evening. According to NME, rather than cancel the show, the band decided to invite fans from the audience to join them on stage for "Elbow Karaoke." Garvey helped the volunteers with a lyric sheet and acoustic guitar. Elbow are having so much fun in the US that they have decided to extend their stay through April.
