Zero 7 Set To Funktify The States This Spring

UK producer and remix duo, Zero 7, will embark on their first real US tour on April 15th in Philadelphia, PA. The group will be supporting their debut album, Simple Things, which was nominated for the UKís coveted Mercury Music Prize for "Album of the Year." The duo of Sam Hardaker and Henry Binns are going all out on this trek, transforming themselves into a stunning live 11-piece band that will conjure up images of Sly and the Family Stone and Parliament Funkadelic, though no word on whether they will be wearing futuristic jump suits. The albumís three amazing vocalists, Sia Furler, Sophie Barker, and Mozez will all be onboard for the 14-date adventure as well. So ladies, start rummaging through your closets for the perfect outfit, and guys, just grab whateverís laying around ëcause no one cares what you wear anyway, and let's get this party started.
