Yorn, Jaffee Jump for Joy with New Trampoline

Dreamy rock beau Pete Yorn and Wallflowers ivory tickler Rami Jeffe have teamed up to start a new, LA-based indie label dubbed Trampoline Records. According to trampolinerecords.com, the labelís purpose ìis to expose the world to good music.î One might even say that their goal is to ìspringî new talent into the forefront of the music worldÖ or maybe to ìlaunchî the career of a new up and comerÖ or perhaps even to give new acts a chance to triple back flip their way into the mainstream (OK, that last one might be pushing it). According to Launch.com, Trampoline Records will release their debut album of ìgood musicî this September with a various artists comp titled Trampoline Records Greatest Hits, Vol. 1. Along with new songs from Yorn, the album will feature tracks from Jeffeís tasty side project, the Sake Sushi Orchestra, the Minus 5, Minibar, and a collaboration between Wallflowers frontman Jakob Dylan and rock photographer Mark Seliger. Stay tuned to the Tripwire for more on this and other Trampoline Records releases.
