Bowie To Perform Mini-Marathon Tour Around NYC

David Bowie likes New York City. I mean he REALLY likes New York City. How else could you explain his crafty new tour, that hits the five boroughs (in the order the NYC marathon hits them, no less) in just over a week's time? For those of you unfamiliar with the course, he'll start off with a gig on Staten Island on October 11, continue on to Brooklyn, then Queens, to the Bronx and finishing up in Manhattan at The Beacon Theatre on October 20. Just to prove he likes other places, too, he'll then continue up to Boston and Philly for dates, as he hasn't been in the region since Area:2 and those gigs weren't necessarily in urban centers, so he wanted all his urban fans to get a chance to see his rip-roaring show, not to mention his totally creepy different colored eyes.
