Hip hip hooray! 2002 has unofficially been dubbed the "resurrection" year of Kurt Cobain. In addition to the release of the long awaited "You Know You're Right" single and video, a collection of random diary entries from the late singer entitled Journals will be available on November 4 of this year. According to cnn.com, Riverhead Books paid Courtney Love $4 million for the publishing rights for this first class tour inside the thoughts and feelings of the leader of Generation X. Cobain's sarcastic yet sincere views on life cover a number of topics, including his addiction to heroin, his horrible stomach pains, fame, girls, and rock and roll. Newsweek has printed a few of the letters in their latest issue, so if you can't wait until November, you should actually buy Newsweek...for once.
