Ted Leo & The Pharmacists Hit The Road, Prescriptions For Everyone

On February 11, Ted Leo & The Pharmacists will release their sophomore album Hearts Of Oak on Lookout! Records. Produced by Nicholas Vernhes and Ted Leo himself, Hearts Of Oak is the follow up to 2000ís The Tyranny Of Distance. Part new wave, folk, and punk, these astonishing 12-songs canít be labeled like some ordinary can of peas, as each one invades then mutates, infects and finally consumes your entire body. The first single, ìWhere Have All The Rude Boys Gone?î, is a thunderous barrage of razor sharp guitars, spine tingling bass lines, with sincere vocals from Leo, who will continue the tour tonight in Michigan.
