Unwritten Law Unplug And Get High

Earlier this year, MTV asked SoCal rock outfit Unwritten Law to take part in their Music In High Places series. Acts like Craig David, Sugar Ray, India.Arie, Alanis Morissette, and others were brought to exotic locations to perform a stripped-down, acoustic set for inclusion on a DVD of the same name. Unwritten Law walked away from the project with an album's worth of live acoustic material and took that audio from the show's taping to producer John Alagia (know for producing/mixing Dave Matthews' live albums). The result could possibly be the band's best offering to date and has been picked up by Lava records for release on January 28 of next year.

Unwritten Law is currently on tour in support of their debut album, Elva, which has spawned two successful singles, "Seein' Red" and "Up All Night." Check out Unwritten Law's remaining 2002 tour dates below.
