Limp Bizkit mouthpiece Fred Durst has managed to squeeze some actual studio time into his busy life of posting random emotional rants on his website and telling millions of people about the condition of Britney Spears' uhÖ "special place." The Bizkit will drop their mildly anticipated new album Bipolar on May 13, but the Durst man is already working on new material ñ and with none other than Jay-Z. According to Billboard, the bling-blinging hip-hop superstar joined Durst in a NYC studio earlier this week to lay down a song that may eventually be titled "Rebels."
Writing on The Bizkit's website, Durst said of Jigga, "He didn't write down one single word. He just listened to the beat over and over while scheming something in his brain. Then, only moments later, Jay got on the mic and blasted out an amazing ryme! He has a gift like no one else I've ever worked with." Apparently, Durst's computer doesn't come equipped with spell check. Plans for the track in the future are unclear at this time.
