Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore will hook up again on the big screen, this time in a film called 50 First Kisses. The pair set box office records in The Wedding Singer, which helped re-launch Barrymore's career, and proved that Sandler could act and offer a softer side (which lead to a stellar role in Punch Drunk Love). Columbia Pictures will release Kisses, where Sandler falls in love with Barrymore after a memorable encounter but finds out that she has short-term memory loss. Because she has no idea who he is, he has to get her to fall in love with him all over again every day. Wow ñ talk about Oscar worthy! Sean Astin, Rob Schneider, Allen Covert have already signed on, and the usual Sandoo suspects will probably pop up in the film which is slated to begin production in Spring. Regular Sandler scribe Tim Herlihy helped rewrite the script, while Barrymore's production company, Flower Films, will produce.
