Last week's musical act on SNL and current Rolling Stone cover band Good Charlotte have officially become animal rights activists. The spiky-haired power-punk outfit have enlisted PETA to hand out pamphlets and flyers after the band's shows, educating people on the horrors of vivisection and the wonders of becoming vegetarian. Good Charlotte will have a vehicle, manned by a PETA volunteer outside of every show, equipped with a screen that will show people horribly abused farm animals, in hopes of educating them on the dangers of the farm industry. And here I thought these boys just liked to play with mom's makeup...good for them! The band will join New Found Glory on the upcoming MTV/Honda Civic Spring tour.
