The Mars Volta Hit The Road

One of the most talked about bands of the year, The Mars Volta, have just revealed the details of a summer headlining tour, their first as a major label band. The North American jaunt gets rolling July 1 at the Henry Fonda Theater in Los Angeles and will have the killer supporting cast of Saul Williams and Rye Coalition in tow. The Mars Volta will be supporting their debut full length, De-Loused In The Comatorium, throughout the month-long, 11-date tour. The album and the band have been popping up in people's Player's Picks for a few weeks now, but for the seemingly few people who don't have it yet, De-Loused In The Comatorium will be released June 24 through Strummer/Universal Records.
