Ian Brown Picks Inspirations On Second Under The Influence CD

The second compilation in the Under The Influence series is ready to go and this time around, itís former Stone Roses frontman Ian Brown choosing his favorite inspirational CDs. Morrissey was the mastermind behind the initial offering in the series and Brown hopes his set of choices will hold water. Similar to the All Back To Mine series, this CD is meant to celebrate the favorite songs and the inspirations of the rock greats who cull the tracks. Ian has thrown reggae and rock songs together, choosing bands like Sex Pistols, Edwin Starr, GZA/Genius and Burning Spear to appear on his compilation. Up next are sets chosen by The Beautiful Southís Paul Heaton and Paul Weller of The Jam and Style Council. The album streets on September 8 in the UK.
