Fey Scottish poppers Belle & Sebastian have sorted out their new album, and will precede it with an extra-special DVD package. The album, which is due out on Ocrtober 13 on Rough Trade and was produced by Frankie Goes To Hollywood knob-twiddler (hey, now!) Trevor Horn, has been rumored as the Scot collectiveís best album yet. Only time will tell as to the verity of that statement, but a week prior, on October 6, a 56-track DVD will hit shelves in the UK via Jeepster, hopefully satisfying the ever-hungry B&S fan base. According to dotmusic, the DVD is entitled Fans Only and includes all of the band's videos, as well as previously unreleased alternate video takes, footage from TV appearances, documentary footage, and an animated discography and rare live video recordings. No word as to whether the US will see a concurrent release.
