Everyone loves killing people, itís true, just ask President Bush. The CBS television network believes that killing people on film will result in huge ratings. The ìeyeî network has given the green light to Helter Skelter, a three-hour telefilm based on the book by Vincent Bugliosi about the capture and trial of Charles Manson and his three kookie dames. The gut tearing flick will be written and directed by John Gray who recently created Martin & Lewis for the network. Unlike the previous ìstabî at a Manson TV film, this one will focus more on the maniacal goofball, why he did what he did, and try to shed a light on his manipulative power of convincing people to kill for him. If you think this sounds vile and disgusting, donít try changing the channel, I hear ABC/Disney will be running Ernest Goes To The Mortuary this fall.
