Cooper Temple Clause Sophomore Album Given US Street Date





One of the most talked-about bands at the CMJ Music festival this year is finally getting its material released in the US. The UKís Cooper Temple Clause are set to release their first album in the US, although itís their second album altogether. Kick Up The Fire, And Let The Flames Break Loose, named after a poem by Philip Larkin, will hit shelves via RCA on February 24. The label passed on the Reading sextetís debut, See Through This And Leave and its raucous tracks like ìFilm-Maker,î ìLetís Kill Musicî and ìPanzer Attack,î but the magic of songs like ìPromises, Promisesî and ìBlind Pilotsî will be heard in the US of A. The band also plans on kicking off the New Year with a North American tour, which weíll bring you more news on as it becomes available.
