The Bizkit's Southeast Asia Dates Get Nixed Due To Security Threats

First, Fred Durst gets nailed in the head with an object while on-stage and is forced to receive stitches. He said it was all very rock & roll, but now, the security threats abroad - the ones that the U.S. State Department make formal warnings about - are a bit more serious than some 16-year-old kid from the burbs hurling a can of Red Bull at the stage. As a result, Limp Bizkit has pulled the plug on a series of shows in Southeast Asia, including Bali, Indonesia this Friday, Bangkok, Thailand, on December 7, and Manila, Philippines on December 9. The band will however brave it out for five of the scheduled dates beginning in Seoul, South Korea, on December 11 and ending in Osaka, Japan on December 18.
