Politically-charged Swedish rockers The (International) Noise Conspiracy have finished recording their third album. Rolling Stone reports that the band are currently mixing the record and hope to have it ready for a summer release. Titled Armed Love, the album is the band's first with legendary producer Rick Rubin at the helm. "When he thought the time was right, he sent me an email and said he wanted to produce us," frontman Dennis Lyxzen told Rolling Stone. "For us, it was a matter of, 'Let me think about this for one second . . . Um, yes.' He's been great to work with. A lot of times it seems that Rick knows more about who you are than you do. He saw us play, he heard our records and he knew what we could become."
T(I)NC is going to be spending a lot of time in the US this year to support their forthcoming release. They'll be at SXSW, Coachella, and a feature on this year's Warped Tour. We'll let you know as soon an official release date is set for Armed Love.
