R.P.M.

ìComputers. Write letters. They help us to communicate.î Thatís the essential message of ìR.P.M.î the debut single from Hull, Englandís newest quintet. Together just six months, the youngsters have been inked to seminal indie label Damaged Goods and ìR.P.M.î is the first fruits of their labor. Imagine these communicating computers joined by Casio keyboard sounds, as well as proper drums/guitars/bass for extra synth-pop electro madness. Similar in vibe to Clinic without the zany masks, or early Bis minus the female vox, Age Of Jets first single is quite the initial step in the recorded music fray. What else is in store from these skyward-looking lads? Their debut record drops in April and weíll see then if the masses are ready for Casio revolution.
