Already in a bit of trouble on the West Coast, Courtney Love was at it again in NYC last night. According to the Associated Press, Love was arrested last night/early this morning after tossing a microphone stand and nailing a concertgoer in the head. For the incident, Love was charged with reckless endangerment and third-degree assault. The 24-year-old man who she hit was taken to a hospital, but is said to be in stable condition.
Love also appeared on letterman last night and made it pretty clear how she feels about the FCC's latest efforts to curb indecency. While making her entrance, Love repeatedly lifted her shirt (with her back to the camera) and then sat down and said, "FCC." She pulled a "Drew Barrymore" a couple other times during the course of the show too, but she didn't follow them up with any political statements.
