Hooker Sues Vince Neil, Didn't Know He Was Famous

Andrea "TrixXxie Blue" Terry, former Moonlight BunnyRanch prostitute, is suing Vince Neil, the Nevada brothel and its owner Terry Hof for approximately $20,000 in lost wages and a plethora of other costs in damages that are a result of an incident that occurred between Terry and the former Motley Crue frontman.

According to the Associated Press Terry claims that in July 10, 2003 Neil assaulted her after she and another prostitute refused to have sex with him until each woman received $4,000 for their services. In her lawsuit she states that Neil grabbed her by the neck, shoved her against the window and then yanked her to the floor.

Neil pleaded no contest to the misdemeanor battery charges earlier this month. Neil was ordered to attend anger management classes and fined $1,000. In regards to Brothel owner, Dennis Hof, the lawsuit attempts to find him negligent because he failed to call police and the "panic button" in the room was broken.

However, Hof believes that Terry fabricated the story. Hof said that he requested that Neil visit the brothel. Neil had preformed with Poison in a concert in Reno the day before and had come to sign some autographs. Hof also claims that Terry should have known that Neil would not pay for her services because "we don't charge celebrities, we pay the girls ourselves."
