The Presidents Of The USA Elect To Drop Brand New Album

After a few years of pursuing individual projects, The Presidents Of The United States Of America are back with a vengeance. On August 17, the band will release the all new 14-track album, Love Everybody, their first since 2000's Freaked Out And Small. The album's first single, "Some Postman (Is Grooving)" is already a hit at on Seattle's KNDD-FM. ìThis song is 100% for real.? Since we started playing the demo in September, weíve had nothing but an overwhelmingly positive response from our listeners.? Requests and research, everything has been there for months," said The Endís Music Director Andrew Harms. Fans will have a chance to get their hands on the track through the Apple iTunes Music Store on June 22. It will be available with the album track "Shortwave" and the iTunes exclusive track "Jilted On The Tarmac" as the Some Postman EP.

Love Everybody will hit shelves via the band's own PUSA Music Label and will be distributed through NAIL/Allegro Distribution. The band will also re-release their self-titled multi-platinum-selling debut album on election day this year. The 10th anniversary edition will be digitally re-mastered by Vlado Meller (Weezer, Rage Against The Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers), who also mastered Love Everybody.

PUSA will follow up the release of their new album with a headlining performance at Seattle's Bumbershoot Festival on September 3.
