Norman Cook, the funky fresh white boy we all know and love as Fatboy Slim, will be making his way across the pond next month for a seven-date tour in support of his latest album, Palookaville. The tour trek kicks off on November 10 in Toronto and hits Chicago, New York, Seattle, Los Angels and San Francisco before wrapping up in Dallas on December 11. As we've come to expect, Fatboy is shaking things up a bit on this tour by shunning traditional dance clubs in favor of more unique venues in each city. In addition, a spokesperson for the label says that each city will have its own unique stage set up. In Chicago, the Metro becomes the Palookaville train station. In Toronto, the set of his "Slash Dot Dash" video will be recreated. New York fans have a surprise-filled loft party to look forward to, and so on.
The day before his tour gets underway, Fatboy Slim will be performing on Conan with a live band. It'll be his first live TV performance in the US, so tune in. You can peep the tour itinerary below.
