Two Albums Bring Two Unique Tours For Bright Eyes In '05

On January 25, Bright Eyes will release a pair of albums with two very different sounds. Rather than launch one tour to support both albums, Bright Eyes main man Conor Oberst is currently planning two separate US tours, each supporting a different release. The first tour will kick off on January 14 in Saddle Creek's home base of Omaha, NE, and will support the I'm Wide Awake It's Morning album. This leg promises to be a more traditional Bright Eyes outing (intimate sing-a-long style).

Spring 2005 will bring the second tour, which will support the Digital Ash In A Digital Urn album. According to Billbaord, Saddle Creek labelmates The Faint will act as Conor's backing band for this trek, promising to be a one of a kind concert experience for all Omaha, Nebraskaphiles.
