New Postal Service Boasts New Song, Remixes

On February 8, Sub Pop will drop a new four-song single for The Postal Services' "We Will Become Silhouettes". The single, according to Billboard, will include the new song "Be Still My Heart" and a pair of remixes from Styrofoam and Matthew Dear. Styrofoam (a.k.a. Arne van Petegem), who was lucky enough to have Ben Gibbard guest on his recently released album, will rework "Nothing Better" while Ann Arbor, Michigan-based electro guru Matthew Dear will try his hand at "We Will Become Silhouettes".

This may be the only new music Postal Service fans get to hear for some time, since Ben Gibbard's main band, Death Cab For Cutie, has inked a deal with Atlantic Records.
