K-ROCK Gets Their Charity On

92.3 K-ROCK NY has just announced they are donating $20,000 to "Music For Relief," a fund formed by Linkin Park and The Red Cross to aid the victims of the tsunami and their families.

To make it fun for fans to get involved, K-ROCK & The Starland Ballroom have announced two benefit shows on Wednesday, Jan. 12, featuring Taking Back Sunday, My Chemical Romance, Coheed & Cambria, Senses Fail, The Banner and Like Yesterday, and Sunday, Jan. 16, featuring Midtown, The Starting Line, The Early November, Underoath, The Youth Ahead and others. All proceeds, including ticket sales and merchandise sales, will be donated to Music For Relief & Unicef.

Tickets for the concerts are only $25 and will go on sale Friday, Jan. 07 at 3pm via ticketmaster charge-by-phone, ticketmaster.com, ticketmaster outlets & The Starland Ballroom Box office.
