Surprising Lineup Announced For Coachella

I was on the fence about attending this year’s Coachella Valley Music Festival. Yours truly is not a huge fan of the weekend long, massive outdoor music festivals. The rumored bands sounded good, but not amazing. Well folks, that all has changed. The official lineup has been announced, and holy shit is it impressive. One word: BAUHAUS. Hot damn! Sure, Coldplay is on the bill, as is Doves, Wilco, New Order, Arcade Fire, and even Cocteau Twins, but words alone cannot express my excitement over Bauhaus. The festival o’ dehydration and sunburns takes place over the weekend of April 30 and May 1. Tickets go on sale this Saturday through Ticketmaster. Behold, the official lineup:
