ShockWaves NME Nominations Are In

The ShockWaves NME AwardsI nominations are in, with Franz Ferdinand leading the pack by appearing in five categories. The Libertines and The Streets snagged four nominations, and NYC’s very own Scissor Sisters ended up with three. Congratulations are in order for Kings Of Leon, who were nominated for best international band. A category to watch will be best live band, which puts The Libertines up against Babyshambles.
