I Wanna Live

Tomorrow marks the 4th anniversary of Joey Ramone’s passing in 2001, and we can’t think of a better way to remember the punk legend than checking for Chip Dayton’s book of live Ramones photos.

The energy comes thundering off Dayton’s pages, many of which are frame-by-frame live captures from the band’s earliest days. His intimate backstage images are a reminder of the group’s incredible 22-year run, and with Joey, Johnny and Dee Dee no longer with us, it’s also a proud, touching memorial.
