I Love You But I've Chosen Darkness Sign To Secretly Canadian

The fine folks at Secretly Canadian have been busy cranking out the hits this year. The label has just added yet another top-notch band to their roster, this time looking to Austin for their latest signing. I Love You But I’ve Chosen Darkness has been on their way to greatness after releasing their Britt Daniel produced self-titled EP in 2003.

The band is now hard at work on their debut full-length for Secretly Canadian, which is being recorded at the Mob House in Austin. With Paul Barker (Ministry, Lard) at the controls, it is safe to assume that the band’s sound will shift just a bit. The band has tentatively set a release date in early 2006, but nothing concrete has been announced.
