Nada Surf Hit The Road In October

When Nada Surf release their new album, The Weight Is A Gift, on September 13, they will unleash unto the world their second masterpiece (the first being 2003's Let Go, NOT "Popular"... duh). Packed with lush arrangements, addictive melodies and poignant lyrics, The Weight Is A Gift should be the soundtrack to everyone's fall season (if they know what's good for them). On October 4, the veteran three-piece will embark on a month-long, North American tour with a show at the Black Cat in Washington, DC. The trek will continue through October 23 at the Casbah in San Diego and will include a two night stand at the Bowery in NYC on October 6 and 7. If you've never seen these guys, mark your calendars. If you have, well... then I don't have to tell you. You already know. Details below.
