War Child Compilation Becomes Fastest Selling Download Album

Last week we reported the completion and online release of Help: A Day In The Life. The benefit CD for War Child made history last Friday, becoming the fastest selling download album of all time. The album was recorded, mastered and released in twenty-four hours, featuring the cream of the crop from the UK music scene. From their official site alone, over 90,000 tracks have now been downloaded, which is mighty impressive. For those music fans who are waiting for the release of the actual CD, it will land in stores in the UK on September 26th through Independiente.
