Chicago's very own alt-country super heros, Wilco, will release a live double album on November 1 via Nonesuch Records. Called Kicking Television: Live In Chicago, the album was recorded over the band's four night home stand at The Vic Theater in May of this year. The album captures songs old and new and is sure to be a must-have item for any Wilco fan.
The band is currently gearing up for a September 18 performance at this year's Farm Aid show in Tinley Park, IL, followed by a string of live dates across the Southern states that includes a date opening for the Stones in Atlanta and a stop at the Austin City Limits Festival.
Following the release of Kicking Television, frontman Jeff Tweedy will play a series of solo dates along the East Coast and a one-off date in London.
