It Wasn’t Dame It Was His Hologram

Gawker hipped us to reports that Damon Dash swiped “every piece of furniture, the blinds, and even the doorknobs” in the process of vacating the Rocawear offices. We don’t believe it – in fact, we blame Dame’s Palpatine-like hologram alter-ego that has a starring role on his Ultimate Hustler reality show (which we are unhealthily obsessed with). The Dame hologram starts off each episode by giving the reality show contestants a mission – sorta like the beginning of every Charlie’s Angels and Inspector Gadget episode – and although the hologram has proven benign on the program so far, we wouldn’t be surprised if he was behind the doorknob swiping. Holograms are sheisty like that.
