The weather is so icey! But we will perservere, we will go out, we will have fun and you should do the same. Break out the Triple Fat Goose with the fur lined hood, here are your weekend events…
Let’s start with the Westside, shall we? !!! (Chik Chik Chik to the punctuation-ally challenged) will make the children dance like they got ants in their pants Saturday at the El Ray in LA. And Lady Sovereign, the only diminutive British girl who can rightfully say, “Def Jam tells you who I am?” happens to be playing Club Six in San Fran tonight.
New York might be type-Hoth at the moment, but the
Akron/Family are trying to warm it up a little at Tonic, with some of that fractured folk that gets everyone in the hootenanny mood. If you need something a little more ornate (and by ornate we mean Rush-like) Tarantula AD are playing the Mercury Lounge that same night. Choose wisely.
