A tribute performance for Joni Mitchell is in the works as a benefit for the Music For Youth Foundation. Taking place on February 1 at NYC’s Carnegie Hall, the event will include over twenty participating artists, ranging from Joseph Arthur to Me’shell N’degeocello. The event’s site now features a partial list of the performers, which is diverse to say the least. Tickets are now available at the Carnegie Hall box office, or by clicking here.
The concert is totally worth the ticket price, especially when it benefits a group such as the Music For Youth Foundation. The MYF helps by lending experience to programs that make music education available to young people, while also creating scholarship opportunities for talented youth.
